STRESONORM FORTE – is a biologically active complex created from 2 components:

a “day” and a “night” capsule. The product is intended to maintain the normal function of the nervous system in hyperexcitability, stress and sleep disorders.

PROPRIETIES

The “Day” capsule contains plant extracts which have a tonic, adaptogenic, anxiolytic, and neuroprotective action, which induce a state of calmness without causing drowsiness. This blend restores the capacity for physical and mental work.

Ashwagandha root extract contains withanolides, alkaloids, fatty acids and amino acids that reduce cortisol levels, lower blood glucose levels and stimulate brain activity. It has anxiolytic, neuroprotective, spasmolytic, analgesic, anticonvulsant and antiarrhythmic actions. It reduces excitability of the central and vegetative nervous systems (nervous tension and irritability caused by mental overload and neurasthenia). It protects the brain from degenerative processes, improves memory and ability to concentrate, reduces anxiety, and induces calmness without causing drowsiness. It shows a toning effect, helps with fatigue, overwork, increased mental and physical effort and improves work capacity and endurance of the body.

St. John’s wort herb extract contains hypericin, flavonoids (hyperoside, quercetrin, isoquercetrin, rutin). It suppresses depressive states, has anxiolytic and neuroprotective activity and reduces anxiety.

The “Night” capsule contains herbal extracts and melatonin which have a sedative action. It relieves symptoms of stress, reduces motor excitability, helps induce sleep.

California poppy herb extract contains alkaloids (californidine, escholtzin, protopine, etc.), minerals and vitamins. It has a sedative, anxiolytic, antidepressant and peripheral analgesic activity. It relieves nervous tension and anxiety, and improves the quality of sleep.

Passiflora herb extract contains flavonoids (vitexine, luteolin), alkaloids, maltol, cyanogenic glycoside (gynocardine), essential oils, etc. It has moderate sedative, anxiolytic, antidepressant, cardiotonic and analgesic activity. It relieves mild symptoms of mental stress and helps fall asleep quicker.

Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland and is structurally similarity to serotonin. It is involved in controlling circadian rhythms, maintaining the light-dark cycle and has a hypnotic effect in insomnia.

Melatonin induces sleep naturally and improves its quality (accelerates sleep onset, reduces the number of nocturnal awakenings) without causing unpleasant effects after waking up. It is also a powerful adaptogen, immunostimulant, and antioxidant that protects the body against stress, prevents strokes and slows down the evolution of degenerative diseases.

RECOMMENDED USE

STRESONORM FORTE is administered to:

• alleviate mild to moderate depression,
• decrease nervous tension and irritability,
• remove the feeling of fear, anxiety, and agitation,
• normalize disturbed heart rhythm caused by anxiety or other nervous system disorders,
• maintain emotional balance,
• eliminate sleep disorders, improve the quality of sleep and prolong its duration.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

To be taken orally with meals and with a sufficient amount of water (about 200 ml). It is recommended not to replace water with other liquids.

Adults: take 1 capsule “Day” (yellow colour) in the morning and 1 capsule “Night” (green colour) in the evening.

The duration of administration is 4 weeks. If necessary, repeat administration after at least 1.5-2 months.
