The online store is opened from Monday to Friday 24/24. You can place an order at any time which is convenient for you. On the weekends, the online store is closed.

All home delivery orders to Chisinau, which are confirmed by phone with a VITAPHARM consultant, will be delivered within 48 hours or on any other day convenient for you.

For home delivery orders to other regions of Moldova, which are confirmed by phone with a VITAPHARM consultant, the delivery is made within 3 days.

You can place your order online on the website or you can call one of the VITAPHARM consultants on our phone number:+(373 22) 260388.

Immediately after registering your order, you will receive the information regarding the placed order at the indicated e-mail address. Later,the order will be reconfirmedover the phone by your VITAPHARM consultant.

For every order placed on the VITAPHARM online store, you can pay via 2 simple and convenient ways.

Payment on delivery

• You can choose to pay cash on delivery. In this case, you will pay the value of your order directly to the courier who will deliver the product and the receipt that constitutes the proof of payment.
• The courier will issue a receipt with the identical price indicated in the bill placed in your package.

Online payment by card

If you chose this payment method, you will be directed to the platform of our partner Moldova Agroindbank where you will fill in the required data to complete the payment process.

• your card must be valid
• the payment must be performed via cards which have the logo Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro
• to make the online payment you must fill in the bank card details in the payment form
• the transaction is provided by the electronic payment service of Moldova Agroindbank
• after making the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details regarding the transaction
